Workers’ comp cases can be complicated. A lot of people ask, “what is workers’ comp case?”. It can be any physical or mental injury you have at work. A lot of people know that when you slip and fall down it’s obviously the case, but there are other types of cases involving mental distress there are cases involving repetitive injuries that add up to an injury that is substantial. So there’s a lot of ways that you can be injured. The big question is does it take away your ability to earn money, and that’s the bedrock of workers’ comp law.
